## Assessment Flow (Adaptive, Phase 3)

The assessment is an adaptive AI conversation, not a fixed form. Claude
Sonnet 4.6 asks 8–20 follow-up questions based on each answer, scoring the
business across 6 areas: Content, Support, Sales, Operations, Data, Marketing.
When Claude has enough signal to generate a confident report, the user enters
their name + email and Claude Opus 4.7 writes the full personalized report.

## Report Output

Each user gets a personalized report containing:
- Overall AI Readiness Score (0–100) with profile label and description
- Six area scores (Content, Support, Sales, Operations, Data, Marketing)
  with per-area: score, label, 3-sentence Claude analysis, top tool
- Executive summary (~150 words, AI-written)
- Biggest AI opportunity + biggest risk of inaction (one-liners)
- Three ranked priority actions with impact and timeframe
- 5–8 matched AI tool recommendations with reasons
- 1–3 matched done-for-you agent recommendations (from the 6 agents)
- Radar/spider chart of all six area scores

## Agent Service Model

- Client completes checkout via Stripe (setup fee + monthly subscription)
- Client completes a short per-agent onboarding form
- PropelClick team configures the agent within 3-5 business days
- Agent runs on behalf of the client with monthly performance reporting
